Special Orders

If we do not have the item, part or product you are looking for we will do whatever we can to substitute or track it down with one of the suppliers we work with.

If one of our local suppliers has the item in stock, we can get it to you within the next business day (suppliers are closed weekends and holidays). If we cannot find the item in stock, will let you know what options are available.

All special orders are non-refundable and must be paid in-full ahead of Unlimited Pools getting the item from the supplier. We will issue you an invoice which can be paid for through our secure online invoicing for your convenience.

Stocked item returns will be taken back ONLY in unused/resalable condition at a 35% restocking fee.
