Pool Closings to begin in September. We will send closing agreements once paid in Full.
Closing Include:
Draining of pool water 6" below skimmer level. (Water must be drained to the bottom of the skimmer for our arrival)
Removal of Directionals
Remove Handrail and Ladder.
Disconnect pump and filter system.
Blow lines out and drain equipment and plug directionals.
Place winter cover.
*Winterizing Chemicals additional.
Electric to pool area must be on for use of electric blower. All items removed from the pool will be placed neatly together for storage by homeowner. Electric must be left on; winter cover and winterizing plugs must be left out and accessible for the date of closing. Any reason closing cannot be performed in full at the scheduled date, a $100 Service fee will be applied to bill for the return of our team. Additional costs for additional draining of the water; Pool water must be drained to the bottom of the skimmer. If the water is not drained, an additional $100 labor fee will be applied.
After client books, Molly will reach out to you to reserve a week for closing. Specific dates are not guaranteed.
